ABOUT ME

I am a coach and communications strategist with over 15 years of experience at Qatar Airways Group, working across communications, leadership, culture,
and organisational identity.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fascinated by a question that sits at the heart of both personal and professional growth: who are you, really, and how do you want to
be seen?

Today, my work takes two forms. I coach individuals navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, identity shifts, and reinvention. I also help organisations clarify who they are, how they want to be perceived,
and how to communicate that with authenticity,
and confidence.

My Process

I create a space for deeper, more honest conversations, where you can connect with the parts of yourself you may not have fully explored yet.

I don’t come in with advice, answers, judgment, or a fixed idea of who you are. You know yourself better than anyone else. My role is to give you my full presence, genuine curiosity, and ask thoughtful questions that allow you to think out loud without performing or filtering yourself.

I listen to what you say, and what you don’t, and together we uncover patterns, assumptions, beliefs, and possibilities that can often be difficult to see on your own.

At times, I will challenge you. At times, I will encourage you. Most importantly, I will always create a space that is supportive and safe, where insight can emerge, and meaningful change can happen.

My goal is simple: to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. The work can be deep, but it doesn’t have to be heavy. I believe self-discovery should feel honest, human, and fun.
