I am a coach and communications strategist with over 15 years of experience at Qatar Airways Group, working across communications, leadership, culture, and organisational identity.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fascinated by a question that sits at the heart of both personal and professional growth: who are you, really, and how do you want to be seen?
Today, my work takes two forms. I coach individuals navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, identity shifts, and reinvention. I also help organisations clarify who they are, how they want to be perceived, and how to communicate that with authenticity and confidence.
